General terms and conditions.
The NLdigital Terms 2025 apply to all offers and agreements of Motran B.V. These are the standard terms and conditions for the Dutch digital sector, drawn up by industry association NLdigital and filed with the District Court of Midden-Nederland (Utrecht). The Dutch text prevails.
How these terms work
The NLdigital Terms 2025 are structured in modules. Chapter 1 (general provisions) always applies and covers topics such as offers, pricing and payment, confidentiality, intellectual property and liability. The product-specific chapters apply only to the extent that the corresponding type of product or service is part of the agreement.
These terms apply to all offers and agreements in which Motran B.V. supplies products or services to a client. A copy is provided with every proposal and is available for download on this page at any time.
The terms are drawn up in Dutch; the Dutch text prevails over any translation. A copy will be sent free of charge on request via hello@motran.ai.
