The Netherlands is ageing. The number of people in work is barely growing, while the amount of work is not getting any smaller. So with roughly the same number of people, we need to get more done.
That is exactly where AI has reached the point where it can really make a difference. For the first time, a computer can do much of the everyday work that until now had to be done by hand.
Yet most companies hardly use this opportunity. The technology is there. What is missing is AI that works with the systems and data a company already has, takes on responsibility step by step, and is reliable enough for an organisation to run on every day.
That is why Motran exists. Many people are still hesitant about AI, and we understand that.
