To prevent data loss we install local hardware on the shop floor that buffers data when the internet connection drops. Via store-and-forward everything is automatically transmitted once the connection is restored. Not a single measurement is ever lost.

By storing sensor data and machine context in the same PostgreSQL database, every question becomes answerable with a single query. An AI agent has direct access to this database and understands the structure of your factory. Ask questions in plain English: "Which press ran the most cycles this week?" or "Compare energy consumption in hall 1 and hall 2."
