What is an AI production dashboard?
Production data is spread across PLCs, MES systems, ERP and Excel. Consolidating it into usable overviews takes hours per week and is often already outdated by the time the report is ready. According to Gartner, only 20% of manufacturing companies have real-time insight into their production performance.
An AI production dashboard consolidates all data sources into one real-time overview and makes it possible to ask questions in natural language: 'Which machine had the most downtime this week?' or 'Compare the output of shift 1 and shift 2.'
How does it work?
We connect sensor data, PLC registers, MES and ERP data to a central database. Custom dashboards display real-time KPIs: OEE, output, downtime, quality, energy consumption and costs. An AI agent answers questions about the data in plain language.
The dashboard is accessible for operators on the shop floor (tablet), planners in the office and management for strategic decisions. Role-based views show each role the relevant information.
What does it deliver?
Manufacturing companies report faster decision-making, 5–10 hours per week saved on reporting and better communication between the shop floor and the office. The investment typically pays back within 2–4 months through improved efficiency.
