How does the connection work?
We connect via the standard Business Central API (OData and REST). This means the same secure connection Microsoft itself uses for Power Platform integrations. Where extra functionality is needed, we build lightweight AL extensions.
An example: your customer sends an order by email with a PDF attachment. AI reads the document, recognises items (even with different descriptions), checks prices and stock in BC, and automatically creates a sales order. On discrepancies your team receives a notification via Teams.
